The investigational drug in this research study is being developed for the potential treatment of cancer. The other drug used in the study is midazolam, an FDA-approved drug used as a sedative. When drugs are taken together, the effectiveness or safety of one or all of the drugs used in combination may be affected. Therefore, it is important to understand the potential drug-drug interactions that may occur in order to prevent unwanted and possibly dangerous side effects or loss of effectiveness. The purpose of this study is to evaluate the effects midazolam, both in oral and IV form, may have on the amount of study drug found in the blood and how long the body takes to get rid of both drugs when they are taken together. 

• Healthy Non-Smoking Adults, Age 18-55

• Women must be surgically sterile or post-menopausal
 

• BMI (body mass index) 18-32
 

• Join us for 1 stay of 21 overnights and 1 follow up phone call
 

• Compensation now up to $7,285 may be provided for time and participation
