This is a research study for an investigational drug being developed for non-alcoholic steatohepatitis (NASH). The purpose of this study is to evaluate the safety and tolerability of single and multiple doses of the study drug at gradually increasing dose levels. The study will also measure how much of the study drug gets into the bloodstream, and how the body processes and eliminates it.

Covance Daytona Beach is currently recruiting for:

• Healthy Adults, age 18-55

• BMI (body mass index) 20-30

• Available for 1 stay of 16 overnights & 1 follow up visit

• Compensation up to $4,760 may be provided for time and participation
