This study is intended to reduce liver fat, inflamation, and fibrosis.

Requirements include:

• Healthy Men and Women of non child-bearing potential

• Age 18-60

• BMI (body mass index) 18.5-40

• Available for 19 overnight stays and 1 outpatient visit

• Compensation up to $7,503 may be provided for time and participation
